Synopsis

After an accident on the international space station, a young girl struggles to reconcile her relationship with her father - one of the astronauts on-board.
 
 

Director's Notes

Static stands out as one of my favorite film projects for several reasons. The first is without a doubt the cast and crew. Since Static was a 168 Film Project, it meant the cast and crew were making more than your average commitment for free. And we had an outsanding crew. Many of which have gone on to have very successful film careers.

Second, the story of fatherhood is one that has become more and more meaningful to me as my own kids grow up.
